I purchased a pair of mens Neumel in gray. The shoelaces started to schredd after the first week.I purchased them through Zappos. I called zappos up and they were very nice although they did not carry the shoelaces they referred me to UGG. Purchased a pair of Ugg, clog boots at Dillards. (SO yes, they are authentic) I purchased the boots on sale, in Florida and obviously, (because Florida) had to wait a year until the weather cooperated enough for me to wear my lovely boots. email to uggs - I was on hold waiting on customer service for over 2 hours. i called at 8:47 est and at 11:04 the person i was connected to (after talking to her for aprox 20 minutes) said the people who could help me closed at 11 pm and i need to call back tomorrow. this wait time is unreasonable and asking me to call back tomorrow is unreasonable. Placed a order cyber Monday. Didn't revive it. Called them 2 times on hold 4mins never talked to anyone. Finally got through email. They sent me the wrong size. So long story short in total I've spent over 5 hours on hold and never talked to anyone AND STILL have the wrong boots that were a Christmas present. NEVER AGAIN

got some UGGs for my Granddaughter for Christmas, she wanted a different style and so we used the return label provided by UGG,. We celebrated Christmas on Dec. 20. She mailed them back on Dec 22nd from Northern California to Southern California it took until Jan 4th for UGG to receive them for exchange. I ordered from their website. Never got my shipment when they told me I did. It's been almost 3 weeks and they still didn't mail out my shipment. So I wasted $142 and did not get my uggs. They are so horrendous! Never again I'll order from them!

Coustmer is horrible. I've been trying to get a hold of them for 5 days now. I've called and no answer. Tried their chat and still nothing. Called again and been on hold for 2hr 30min. And still on hold. Are you kidding me. This is a joke of a company.

Yall have the worst customer service I ever seen in my life..I been trying to talk to someone on the phone for 2 weeks now with over 1hr holds n never getting to talk to someone....I want my refund on 2 pair of boots I sent back 2 weeks ago
