Ugg Australia - No delivery No response to emails

Well UGG Australia has stepped up.Not surprised.
They shut down the website and provided a case number for disputing the charges for my credit card company. Glad these guys got caught. Apparently they were making counterfeit boots. I will be much more careful in the future.
Check for phone numbers for customer services, addresses and so forth before ordering.I ended up getting a beautiful pair of Ugg boots for my daughter at Dillards for Christmas.

Ordered two pairs of UGG boots from snowbootsvomall that I thought was an American company.Then received an email receipt from globefastpay that they received my money and a tracking number for the boots.
The tracking never updated and I realized they never sent the product. I have contacted USPS and filed a claim against them as well as a post on ripoff.com.
I can't believe this scam and at Christmas.I'm sure I will eventually get my money back from my credit card company but in the meantime I have no money or present for my daughter for Christmas.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $225.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: I have not received goods ordered.
